Sergei Osipyan

In 1993, he graduated from the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors (Alexander Kaidanovsky's workshop).

In 1994, he directed the play “White Nights,” based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's novella of the same name, at the New End Theatre in London.
In 1996, he directed the film adaptation of “The First Circle,” a project by the Lyon Opera based on Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's novel.
Since 1997, he has worked in the Film Programming Directorate of Channel One.

He regularly features actors from the Fomenko Workshop in his films.
